This 8-inch valve setter, made of fusion epoxy coated ductile iron, facilitates the installation of the MasterSeries N-pattern backflow preventer valve. It features integral ductile iron supports between elbows that transfer thrust downstream, eliminating the need for thrust blocks. The valve has a ductile iron body and a maximum working pressure of 175 psi (12.1 bar).
